THE TOWN CLERK DEPARTMENT

The Town Clerk’s Department includes the Communication and Public Relations Office and the Audit Section. It manages and enhances the city’s image, ensures efficient and effective operations, safeguards assets, and minimizes losses. Responsibilities include managing departments, promoting administration, providing strategic direction, fostering economic development, coordinating public relations, procurement, and internal auditing. The Procurement Unit handles purchasing and supply within the organization. Under this department we also have the Economic Business and Strategy development section in charge of investment and economic development.
